Our instructor, Margaret Plett, was fantastic. She delivered the course material in a way that was professional, personable, and enjoyable. At the beginning of the course, she asked each attendee what his role or interest was and then based on this, made sure to point out the most relevant topics as the course progressed. I can't speak any more highly of her.
